According to Jinshi, European Central Bank Governing Council member Wunsch warned against cutting interest rates too quickly and said he has not yet decided whether to cut interest rates this month.

Wunsch pointed out that the euro zone's economic and inflation trends encourage predictable and prudent rate cuts. He stressed that if interest rates are cut too quickly, they may need to be raised again, which will complicate the process.

He also cited tensions in the Middle East as a reason to be cautious about cutting rates. If oil prices continue to rise and the central bank conveys the message of accelerating rate cuts, it will take risks.
