According to Odaily Planet Daily, Arbitrum posted on X that the nominee selection phase of the Security Council election process has ended. A total of 13 candidates received enough votes to enter the next stage of the election.
The Arbitrum Foundation will conduct compliance checks on the 13 qualified candidates by October 13 to ensure they comply with legal requirements, service agreements, and additional rules in the constitution.
The membership election phase of the Security Council election process will begin on October 13, once compliance checks are complete.
