According to Foresight News, the next-generation public lightning network Fiber Network underlying protocol released by CKB, a native solution of the BTC ecosystem, has launched a basic beta version for developers to test themselves.
This version can realize the creation, update and closure of channels between two nodes, supports the establishment of any RGB++ Coin channel, and can support cross-chain interoperability with the Bitcoin Lightning Network.
Fiber Network is a next-generation public lightning network based on CKB and off-chain channels, which can provide fast, low-cost, decentralized multi-currency payments and P2P transactions. The Fiber Network official website is now online.
The complete beta version of the Fiber Network underlying protocol will be released in mid-September, which will support multi-hop routing and monitoring services.
