According to TechFlow, the Bitcoin Virtual Machine (BVM) team launched the BitZK zero-knowledge proof service last week, which enhances the scalability of Bitcoin by allowing users to create Rollups and migrate applications from Ethereum to Bitcoin. Developer @bird2836 said that the Bitcoin blockchain supported by BVM will be the first example of Bitcoin ZK-rollups implemented on the mainnet, which is a huge technological breakthrough. BVM's BitZK service costs at least $99 per month and has attracted early users such as RWA Chain, POWD3R Blockchain and Octopus Bridge. Launched in January 2023, BVM aims to make the Bitcoin network as universal as possible, using Bitcoin as a data layer to achieve transaction-level consensus.
