According to PANews, US asset management firm Patient Capital has recently filed documents with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to invest part of its Opportunity Trust fund's net assets in Bitcoin through a Bitcoin spot ETF. The documents indicate that the firm may invest up to 15% of its net assets in the cryptocurrency.

The Opportunity Trust fund may also maintain its BTC risk exposure for an extended period, as its stated mission is to achieve 'long-term excess returns'.
