According to the Daily Planet, Lisk, a Layer 2 platform built on OP Stack, announced a strategic partnership with the Directorate General of Information Applications (DGIA MCIT) of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Indonesia to guide the Indonesian Web3 startup ecosystem. Lisk will provide the underlying developer platform, guidance and initial grants to Web3 startups in Indonesia's "1000 Digital Startup Program", as well as educational materials on Web3 technology.
