According to Planet Daily, ETFStore President Nate Geraci said that Grayscale has submitted an application document for Grayscale Privacy ETF focusing on privacy protection protocol assets to the US SEC. The ETF is index-based and will track companies involved in data security and protection, cybersecurity products and services (including blockchain-based technology solutions, etc.), and will also hold shares of Grayscale Zcash Trust. In May 2023, Grayscale announced that it had submitted N-1A registration statements to the US SEC for Grayscale Ethereum Futures ETF, Grayscale Global Bitcoin Composite ETF and Grayscale Privacy ETF. All three funds are series funds of Grayscale Funds Trust.
