According to CoinDesk, Ethereum expansion network Layer N announced that former Fidelity International executive Luc Froehlich has joined its advisory board. Layer N is an Ethereum StateNet, a rollup network optimized for the financial ecosystem, designed to attract institutional liquidity. Prior to joining Layer N, Froehlich served as head of global digital asset solutions at Fidelity International, responsible for driving the company into the field of cryptocurrency and tokenized assets. Froehlich said that the reason he joined the Layer N advisory board was that the architecture of the protocol solves the core fragmentation challenges in the financial technology field. Layer N overcomes the isolated operation of traditional systems by introducing a customizable virtual machine network to achieve seamless communication and liquidity sharing. Layer N uses zero-knowledge proof (zk) to solve the need for transaction confidentiality in traditional finance, and realizes verification without revealing the content of the transaction, meeting regulatory and competitive requirements. Recently, Layer N announced its entry into the Asian market through a strategic investment from BlackPine and a partnership with VSFG, aiming to expand its Web3 products in the region.
