According to Planet Daily, DeFi Technologies has completed the acquisition of Solana developer Stefan Jørgensen's intellectual property for approximately $4 million. After the transaction is completed, Stefan Jørgensen will join the DeFi Technologies technology group and lead the expansion of the company's DeFi trading, development and governance businesses.
