According to PANews, cryptocurrency custody company BitGo announced the acquisition of private securities and alternative investment infrastructure provider Brassica. This move will bridge the gap between private securities and digital assets in the capital market ecosystem and promote the digitization of alternative assets. Through this acquisition, BitGo will become the first large-scale financial services company that can provide comprehensive infrastructure support for both traditional private securities and blockchain assets. According to previous news, BitGo completed a $100 million financing last year, with a valuation of $1.75 billion.
