Richard Teng, CEO of Binance, said on Twitter that 213 million XRP were stolen from the personal account of Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen, and the Binance team has successfully frozen $4.2 million worth of XRP. Binance will continue to support follow-up investigations and work hard to help recover funds, including closely monitoring the majority of the remaining funds in the attacker's external wallet to prevent them from being deposited in Binance.
