According to Joo, $379 billion flowed into the cryptocurrency market last year, averaging $1 billion per day. Therefore, the market could absorb the $6.5 billion worth of BTC within a week. The US government confiscated the BTC from Silk Road, a dark web marketplace, in 2013. The stash is currently worth around $6.5 billion.
