Binance has announced an exciting collaboration with Pierre Gasly, driver for the BWT Alpine Formula 1 team.
In 2025, fans will have the opportunity to design the helmet that Gasly will wear during the Australian Grand Prix (GP), marking the start of the F1 season in March.
Binance holds competition to design Pierre Gasly's F1 helmet
The early 2025 launch builds on the success of the 2023 edition, where over 700 fans participated in creating the driver’s helmet for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. In this way, Binance once again combines the innovative spirit of crypto with the creativity of fans.
The winning design will not only become an icon of the event, but will also award the creator with exclusive prizes. These include a virtual meet and greet with Gasly, a signed replica helmet and a VIP experience on race day.
Binance will accept suggestions until January 20th
The call for entries is now open, and interested parties have until January 20, 2025 to submit their proposals. The chosen helmet will be revealed before the start of the Australian Grand Prix. Full details and requirements are available in the competition’s Terms and Conditions.
Gasly expressed enthusiasm.
Bringing together the spirit of the crypto community and F1 is truly electrifying. The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix competition was an incredible display of creativity. I look forward to seeing how fans channel their inspiration into this new edition.
In addition to this contest, Binance is collaborating with Gasly on an educational series about cryptocurrencies and Web3. Topics such as security and real-world applications of blockchain will be highlighted.
Rachel Conlan, Chief Marketing Officer at Binance, noted that this partnership primarily reinforces the commitment to connecting fans with unique experiences in the world of Formula 1.
With this initiative, Binance and Pierre Gasly promise a vibrant season opener, uniting the passion for cryptocurrencies and motorsports in an innovative and meaningful way.
