ChainCatcher Message, Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin stated on X that Ethereum core development needs to prioritize better. He pointed out that if he had to choose between 'raising the Blob target from 3 to 6' and 'other improvements in Pectra', he would prefer the former.

He indicated that while he believes improvements to L1 EVM are also important, his personal preference is to achieve full AA from EOF through 7701, along with SIMD+EVMMAX, plus a moderate increase in gas limits.

Vitalik also mentioned that he is exploring 'peerdas' and suggested trying a more ambitious version to further drive Ethereum's technological innovation and optimization.
