BlockBeats news, on January 8th, Hyperliquid stated on platform X that the community plays a key role in the development of the ecosystem, and its feedback is highly valued. Recently, there have been some misunderstandings regarding validators. This is to clarify:

· All validators qualify based on their performance on the testnet and cannot obtain seats through purchase; related false statements diminish the efforts of those validators who invest time and energy to understand the system; as the blockchain matures, the pool of validators will gradually expand.

· As previously announced, a foundation delegation program will be launched to support outstanding validators and further decentralize the network.

· Anyone can run an API server pointing to any node; example client code sends requests to a specific API server, but this is not a fundamental requirement of the network.

· It is unacceptable for users to attempt to create a black market for the HYPE testnet; this has been stated multiple times; we will continue to work on improving the onboarding process for the testnet.

· Node code is currently closed source; open sourcing is important, and the project will become open source once development reaches a stable state; Hyperliquid's development speed is several orders of magnitude faster than most projects, and its scope is also several orders of magnitude larger than most projects; the code will be open sourced when it is safe to do so.

· Currently, there is only one binary file. Even for very mature networks like Solana, the vast majority of validators run a single client.
