✨ Waking up early in the morning, opening the window and choking. In the Capital, wanting to breathe the fresh air at dawn :)))
Last month, I went for a check-up and found my lungs deteriorating, but clearly, I’m young and don’t smoke or do drugs.
Scrolling through the news, I see "air quality extremely toxic" is at a continuously high level. I also saw the government proposing that if the air quality continues to be polluted, children get school breaks and adults get time off work.
But taking a break just means dealing with the aftermath, how can we actually take a break? Now, when I go outside and wipe my face, wipe my nose, it’s really dark and grimy.
Now I just sit still, or it will be too early for me, right guys? Everyone, if you have outdoor activities or travel a lot, please cover up and protect yourselves carefully. It’s incredibly dangerous. I might have to leave the city and go back to the countryside :)))
