If you are unable to receive emails sent from Binance, please follow the instructions below to check your email settings:#Binance
1. Make sure you are logged in to the email address registered to your Binance account.
Sometimes you may be logged out of your email on your devices and therefore cannot see your Binance emails. Please log in and refresh the page.
2. Make sure the email address registered to your Binance account is correct.

3. Check your email spam folder.
If your email provider is sending Binance emails to your spam folder, you can mark them as “safe” by whitelisting some frequently used official email addresses. For more details, please refer to How to Whitelist Binance Emails.
4. Make sure your email client or service provider is working normally.
You can check your email server settings to ensure there are no security conflicts caused by your firewall or antivirus software.
5. Make sure your email inbox is not full.
If you reach the limit, you will not be able to send or receive emails. You can delete old emails to free up some space in your inbox.
6. Sign up from popular email domains
We recommend that you register your Binance account using email addresses from popular domains, such as Gmail, Outlook, etc. ✅
