🇷🇺 Russia enacts control measure on Bitcoin mining operations
Starting November 1, the new Russian law allows the government to ban digital currency mining in specific regions and regulate mining infrastructure operators. It also expands access to digital currency identifier addresses to all federal executive bodies, beyond just the Federal Financial Monitoring Service.
