Many specialists had to go abroad due to Russia's aggression, but the demand for Ukrainian specialists is quite high even now. Therefore, Ukraine's list of cryptocurrency owners among countries such as the UAE, the United States, China, and the United Kingdom is more prestigious than shameful.
