2024 is about to pass, and the price of Ethereum in 2024 did not rise as quickly as everyone expected, mainly due to several reasons:

First, the valuation of Ethereum has become more complex and is not as easy to understand as Bitcoin;

Second, although it has been upgraded, it has not helped Ethereum itself much, mainly making the second-layer network faster, without directly improving the usage of the main chain;

Third, more and more ETH has been staked, resulting in reduced liquidity and significant inflationary pressure;

Fourth, the performance of Ethereum's ETF has been poor, attracting not much capital;

Finally, Ethereum's founder Vitalik has also faced a lot of doubts, leading to a decline in market confidence. These issues combined have resulted in ETH's price not being able to break through, and it has even performed worse than Bitcoin.
