I still don't understand what you're worried about. The stock exchange doesn't report anything to the tax office in Poland. You're the ones who report your finances and are causing trouble for yourselves at your own request.

New Cryptocurrency Regulations: A Surveillance Tool and an Attack on Users' Freedom
The EU's MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) Regulation and Travel Rule, which come into effect on December 30, 2024, are presented as steps towards greater security in the cryptocurrency market. In reality, however, their main goal is not to protect users, but to surveil, control, and discourage people from using cryptocurrencies. The Travel Rule requires that every transaction over €1,000 be reported, and users are forced to confirm their wallet addresses and reveal the origin of the funds. This is not only a serious violation of privacy rights, but also a tool for creating databases of cryptocurrency users. Wallet addresses are linked to full personal data, allowing for full surveillance of every financial step.
