I see a lot of people going along with the euphoria of coins with a winning percentage; people end up getting in at the top and then the coin melts
What you can do to mitigate this error in coins that are inflated is to plot their support and resistance levels from the past, so you can see what previous price level the asset is at
In the example I gave, I only make a long entry if the price reaches the first support marked with the red circle... until it touches there, this coin is not within my trading interest, because at the current price, the risk/return is huge and too heavy to bear
So you know, before getting in, look at the previous tops and bottoms, don't just get in at random, because that way you will be better protecting your capital
