According to Deep Tide TechFlow news, on December 30, the NEAR Infrastructure Committee (IC) released the 2024 annual summary and the 2025 development plan. In 2024, the IC reviewed 99 proposals and approved 24 of them, supporting the development of major native wallets including HERE Wallet and Meteor Wallet, and successfully transitioned RPC services to decentralized providers such as Lava.
In 2025, the Infrastructure Committee (IC) will focus on four main directions: continuously improving existing infrastructure, setting up special working groups, optimizing cross-chain infrastructure (including single sign-on from NEAR to Solana, oracles, etc.), and investing in decentralized AI infrastructure development. The committee consists of ecological technology leaders from NEAR One, Aurora, Pagoda, and others.
