I generally operate in three stages

1. I rarely engage in short-term trades, unless there is a range-bound market after a major rise or fall

2. For swing trades, I generally look at the four-hour level and might make a trade once every day or two. For example, last week I opened a total of five trades at 12356. On Wednesday, I was stuck, and during the live broadcast, I helped my brothers get out. On Thursday, I chose to wait and see during the market rally because I knew that market wasn't suitable for me. Winning 4 and breaking even on 1 trade were all publicly transparent, not fraudulent. Right is right, and wrong is wrong.

3. Long-term trading involves the transition between the top and bottom of the market for both bullish and bearish leaders, but it's relative, based on my personal understanding of the overall market.
