How do we succeed?
Knowing how to distinguish between a reaction rise and an uptrend is one of the most important details.
What did Gala do in our example? With a reaction rise, she liquidated some of the shorts that had been accumulating for 2 days. Maybe she will liquidate some more.
It was a clear reaction rise. So how do we understand that a possible uptrend has started?
When it rises above 0.04054 and stays. When it rises above 0.04054 for a while, comes back and tests 0.04054 and this time clearly turns this level into support, we will assume that this is an uptrend. Until when? Until 0.04054 is broken downwards. If there are, we will continue to protect our additional budgets.
