Floki DAO has announced plans to launch an exchange-traded product (ETP) for its memecoin FLOKI. The ETP will debut on the SIX Swiss Exchange in early Q1 2025, pending regulatory approval. This move positions FLOKI as the second memecoin in Europe to offer an institutional-grade investment option after Dogecoin.

The Floki DAO community is currently voting on allocating liquidity for the ETP. The proposal involves using 16 billion FLOKI tokens from the treasury. At current market rates, the tokens are valued at over $2.8 million. The voting period lasts 48 hours and concludes on December 27 at 11:00 UTC.
So far, the proposal has received unanimous approval, with 204.9 billion votes in favor. This reflects strong community confidence in the ETP initiative. The liquidity will ensure a smooth launch and attract institutional investors to the project.
ETP to Link Traditional and Digital Finance
The FLOKI ETP will provide investors access to the token through regulated financial channels. This approach bridges traditional finance with the growing cryptocurrency market. Specific details about the ETP’s structure and pricing remain confidential.
