Bad people always find ways to scam your money.

Scam 1:

They chatted with you privately on TG.

Remind you that your Telegram has a problem.

Asking if you have noticed?

They say there's a bot.

Telling you to click a link to fix it.

Then you enter a phishing website. gg

Scam 2:

They privately message you on Twitter and Telegram, pretending to be foreign project parties looking to collaborate on promotion, communicating entirely in English.

Please give your quote, after quoting, they will say, no problem.

Price is not a problem, as long as your content is good.

First, they gain your trust, making you think that they really appreciate and recognize you. Then at this point, they will say, let's schedule a time to discuss in a meeting and arrange a meeting with their team. Before scheduling the meeting, they will be infinitely patient to satisfy your requests.

Then they will send a link to a conference room, sometimes it will be a Microsoft conference room, sometimes it will be ZOOM (but it’s different from what we usually use).

When you ask them why they don't use Google, they will say their country cannot use it (I wonder, are you in North Korea or Myanmar?).

Then they say you can only use their conference room software, and they cannot use other software. If you can't open it on your phone, they will suggest you download this conference room software on your computer. Then you enter a phishing website. gg

Scam 3:

KOL rounds will pretend to have foreign projects to get initial shareholder quotas.

(Sometimes it may be acquaintances committing the crime), first they hype up the project, but it needs to be kept confidential and cannot be disclosed for now, and there are no project materials (they could create a set of materials, but to save time and money, they skip this step).

They say it's hard to get the initial shareholder quota, and now they will give you a little and share some with your friends, but the quota can't be large, and each person can only invest $500. The coins are sent to him, and he manages and sells them uniformly.

At this point, if you transfer the fundraising to him, it's actually not much. It's just a total of a few thousand dollars. You might ask, why restrict the quota? Why not scam a bit more? Precisely because the quota is small, if they say the investment failed, you might just let it go since it’s not a lot of money, and you won't make a fuss or seek your rights. This method can be repeated over a long period.

In summary,

Don't easily trust others, don't randomly click links, even if it's a conference room link.

You must be very cautious and not casually download any plugins.

Mainly these scams are done by chatting about collaboration.

It's really a waste of time, they are really patient and take a long time.

They may take days or even weeks to gradually lure you in and coordinate your time.

In the end, it's all just emotions, of no value.

Time is the most valuable thing!

Happy leftover egg🥚! Meeting adjourned.
