ChainCatcher message, the BGA 2024 annual report indicates that female Web3 gamers are more optimistic about the development of blockchain games in the coming year. 38.9% of female respondents expect that the adoption rate of blockchain in the gaming industry will exceed 40% in the next year, while only 25.1% of males hold the same view.

Nearly half of male respondents believe that the proportion of blockchain adoption in the gaming industry will be below 20% in the next 12 months, while only one-fourth of female respondents share the same pessimistic expectation.

This survey collected 623 responses from participants in the global Web3 gaming industry, coming from fields such as infrastructure and marketing, design, content, investment, media, and artificial intelligence.
