Foreign media: The appeal submitted by Do Kwon has been rejected by Montenegro and he may be extradited to the United States.

The Constitutional Court of Montenegro announced that the unanimous opinion of all judges is to reject Do Kwon's constitutional appeal.

This decision means that Do Kwon will be tried in South Korea or the United States, specifically decided by the Minister of Justice of Montenegro. Given the previous attitudes of that Ministry of Justice and other factors, the Korean news agency believes that Do Kwon is very likely to be extradited to the United States.
