Binance Earn is launching a promotion for BNB fixed products. Subscribe for more BNB, sign up for a longer fixed term, subscribe as early as possible during the promotion period, and enable the auto-subscription feature to earn the highest BNB points and numerous rewards:
receive a share of the $1 million reward in OM and USDC;
Get a chance to earn $50,000 in USDC token vouchers, equivalent to the cost of a premium electric car;
Receive rewards in BNB, as well as Launchpool, Megadrop, and airdrop rewards for holders with positions in BNB-locked products (where available).

Promotion A: Subscribe to BNB Fixed Products and earn the highest BNB Points to share rewards of 273,000 OM and 50,000 USDC
Eligible users must subscribe for at least 0.5 BNB for BNB Fixed Products to be eligible for Promotion A. Users can earn a higher total BNB Points by subscribing for a larger amount of BNB, subscribing for a longer fixed term (e.g. 120 days), subscribing as early as possible during the promotional period, or enabling the auto-subscription feature.
Eligible users will then be ranked by total BNB points on the leaderboard to be eligible to share rewards according to the table below.
Reward structure:
Reward Calculation: Points-based mechanism for fixed BNB products
The total number of points for BNB will be calculated as follows:
Total BNB Points = Fixed Product Subscription Amount BNB * Fixed Term Multiplier * Promotion Period Multiplier * Auto Subscription Multiplier
Points system:
BNB Fixed Product Subscription Amount: The total amount of BNB subscribed to Fixed Products during the Promotion Period. Please note that if a BNB Fixed Product position is redeemed during the Promotion Period, the BNB Fixed Product Subscription Amount for that position will be negative, resulting in a decrease in the total BNB Points.
Auto-subscription positions that are renewed during the promotional period will count towards your total BNB points.
Existing positions in BNB fixed products that mature during the Promotion period with the auto-subscription feature disabled will not result in a reduction in your total BNB points.
Fixed Term Multiplier: A multiplier based on the length of the fixed term of the product (e.g., 120 days). The longer the fixed term, the higher this multiplier will be.
Promotion Period Multiplier: A multiplier based on the number of days until the last day of the promotion when a subscription or redemption occurs. The promotion will run for 20 days from 12/24/2024, 02:00 (Kyiv time) to 01/13/2025, 01:59 (Kyiv time). The longer the subscription period, the higher this multiplier will be. If you redeem your BNB fixed product position early, it may be counted as negative depending on how early you redeem it, resulting in a penalty and a reduction in your total BNB points.
Auto Subscription Multiplier: Auto Subscription refers to the auto subscription feature for BNB fixed products. For more information, users can refer to this guide on enabling the "Auto Subscription" feature. Users who have enabled the auto subscription feature by 1/13/2025, 01:59 (Kyiv time) will receive a 1x multiplier, while users who have not enabled the auto subscription feature will receive a 0.5x multiplier. A 1x multiplier will be applied to all early redemptions, regardless of whether auto subscription was enabled during the Promotion Period.
Examples of calculating the total number of points for BNB:
Promotion B: Subscribe to BNB Fixed Products for a chance to win $50,000 in USDC token vouchers (worth a premium electric car)
Eligible users who subscribe to BNB fixed products and hold at least 3 BNB with auto-subscription enabled by 1/13/2025, 01:59 AM (Kyiv time) will be eligible to participate in Promotion B. On 1/15/2025 at 01:59 AM (Kyiv time), we will automatically select one winner with the most consecutive digits in the UID based on the BNB Smart Chain hash value. The selected winner will receive $50,000 in USDC token vouchers, which is equal to the cost of a premium electric car.

About Simple Earn BNB fixed products:
Simple Earn fixed products allow users to earn higher daily rewards by depositing their digital assets for various fixed terms.
Users can subscribe to fixed BNB products using their BNB assets at any time to earn these rewards:
Launchpool rewards (if available)
BNB Rewards (view latest APR)
Megadrop rewards (if available)
Airdrops for holders (if available)
Only users in qualified countries/regions will receive automatic rewards from Megadrop, Holder Airdrops, and/or Launchpool for holding positions in BNB fixed products.
Users do not need to manually redeem their BNB holdings from BNB fixed products to participate in Launchpool.
Launchpool rewards are calculated the same whether users subscribe to fixed BNB products or stake their BNB directly in Launchpool.
In the event that multiple Launchpool projects are running simultaneously, users' BNB in fixed products will automatically be distributed equally to each Launchpool project to which the user is entitled.

Terms and conditions:
Only users who have passed identity verification and confirmed their participation during the Promotion period can claim rewards in promotions.

Each sub-account will not be considered an independent account for the purpose of this promotion. The subscription amount on the sub-account will be combined with the standard subscription amount on the main account.
The rewards for this campaign are contributions made by the relevant protocol team to Binance for the express purpose of contributing to promotional activities.
Distribution of rewards:
Rewards in OM and USDC tokens will be distributed to eligible users by 21/02/2025, 01:59 (Kyiv time), unless otherwise announced by Binance. Users can find their rewards via Profile > Assets > Spot Wallet. Reward transactions can be checked in Wallet > Transaction History > Spot > Distribution.
Binance will use the OM/USD exchange rate of ～$3.48 as of 12/10/2024 to calculate the total rewards in USD.
Binance will use $50,000 as an approximate estimate of the total market value of the premium electric vehicle on 12/10/2024, and will reward the selected user with the equivalent amount in USDC token vouchers. The reward will not include taxes, shipping costs, or other additional fees.
The winner, who will receive $50,000 (an amount equivalent to the cost of a premium electric car), will be announced on social media with a masked UID on 01/31/2025, and the rewards will be distributed in the form of USDC token vouchers.
Token Vouchers are subject to additional terms and conditions. All distributed token vouchers expire within 14 days of distribution. Eligible users must redeem their voucher rewards before the expiration date. Learn how to redeem a token voucher.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify participants who, in Binance's opinion, are acting fraudulently or are not in compliance with the applicable Terms of Use.
Binance reserves the right to cancel or change the promotion or promotion rules at its sole discretion.
Users can view their holdings in Simple Earn fixed products by selecting Wallet > Earn.
Users can activate the "Auto-Subscribe" feature before subscribing to Simple Earn Fixed Products with BNB. This feature will automatically renew their existing Fixed Products position for a new position of the same duration upon expiration.
Unlock period for fixed products: one day.
About early redemption for Simple Earn fixed products: Users can redeem their assets in advance. After choosing early redemption, the digital assets will be returned to the spot account and users will not be entitled to rewards. Distributed rewards (accrued or not) will be deducted from the refunded principal amount. It may take 48 to 72 hours to receive the digital assets.
