According to ChainCatcher news, RootData released the RWA stablecoin protocol Usual briefing, which stated that Usual's total funding reached $18.5 million. Despite the overall downturn in the crypto market, $USUAL achieved a 52.82% increase in the past week.

Usual is a fiat-backed stablecoin protocol that plans to launch USD0, a permissionless, fully compliant stablecoin backed 1:1 by real-world assets (RWAs); it will also launch USUAL, a governance token that allows the community to guide the future development of the network.

Usual highlights include:

1. Enhanced security and stability

2. Flexible liquidity and yield generation

3. Deflationary model and long-term incentives

Additionally, Usual announced last night the completion of $10 million Series A financing, led by Binance Labs and Kraken Ventures.
