Many friends bought a coin, and when it rises, they are particularly confident, "This is my faith, I want to invest long-term, I want to make 10 times my investment." Once the coin price pulls back, they start looking for others to boost their spirits and continue to strengthen their faith.
Personally, I suggest that people like this should not invest long-term; short-term trading is much more straightforward. If you should cut losses, then cut them; after all, long-term investing is really hard to endure and comes with significant psychological pressure.
Moreover, I have never heard of any coin that makes 10 times its value rising steadily all the way up; it always drops you off midway and then surges again. Many people are thrown off in the process, only to realize that their original faith has turned into losses.
If you don't have enough patience and skill, you really are not suited for long-term investing.
