中国人的内卷已经让西方感到绝望 “内卷”一词最早在十八世纪德国著名哲学家康德的《判断力批判》中出现。经过如美国人类学家亚历山大·戈登威泽和克利福德·格尔茨的定义和总结，“内卷”及“内卷化”逐渐衍生出无法发展增长货新形态，只能通过不断堆积劳动使之更精细，更复杂的过程。鉴于经济与个人收入增长陷入长期迟缓的当下，“内卷”一词尤其贴合当下国内劳动者的实际状态。面临日益激烈的存量博弈，众多企业在业绩增长和现实生存的压力下，不得不掏空心思，通过强制加班、降低福利待遇等方式，最大榨取员工的“剩余价值”，维持公司现状。在这种大环境下，所谓“越努力越不幸”的“反内卷”和“躺平”思潮开始兴起。 经济与个人收入增长陷入长期迟缓的当下，“内卷”一词尤其贴合当下国内劳动者的实际状态。面临日益激烈的存量博弈，众多企业在业绩增长和现实生存的压力下，不得不掏空心思，通过强制加班、降低福利待遇等方式，最大榨取员工的“剩余价值”，维持公司现状。在这种大环境下，所谓“越努力越不幸”的“反内卷”和“躺平”思潮开始兴起。
