2024/12/22 Nightline Perspective

Hello everyone, I am your cat.

After a whole day of consolidation, SOL has formed a pattern that is about to break out. As long as it closes above 186 on the 4-hour line (when the line changes at 12 o'clock), and then retraces to test 186 without breaking it at 4 AM, the breakout will be confirmed. For those who were hesitant to buy the dip before, you can enter when it tests 186 to confirm the breakout.

Ethereum is currently testing a breakout and top-bottom exchange, having tested the range of 3350-3357. If it doesn’t drop below this range by the close at 12, the exchange will be confirmed successful. Therefore, as long as it breaks above 3400, stabilizes for 4 hours, and retraces without breaking 3400, the breakout will be valid, and then it will start an upward counterattack.

Bitcoin is also in a breakout phase, but it lacks a top-bottom exchange test. There is a probability that the nightline will retrace to 965 to test the exchange situation. If the nightline retraces to 965 and does not break it, then a 4-hour line closing above 973 will validate the breakout. For those who haven’t entered yet, you can wait for the next retracement to 973 or the slope line to enter.

Ethereum’s counterattack will lift most altcoins together, giving hope to those who are trapped. However, for those who are deeply trapped, there is a chance they won't get out in this wave. Friends who bought the dip too early and have only shallow losses should not sell too quickly after breaking even, or there is a high probability of selling at a loss. If you are really worried, you can cut your position in half, keep half with a stop loss, and adjust to break-even loss after it goes up. Otherwise, you will just end up being trapped for nothing.

Tomorrow is the last day of the Christmas effect, and it is uncertain what the US stock market and Uncle Ben's attitude will be; we will only know when the US stock market opens.

I hope the US stock market has a good opening, as many people have been trapped this time.
