PANews reported on December 21 that the L1 blockchain Injective and the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM) blockchain Sonic plan to launch a cross-chain artificial intelligence platform called Smart Agent Hub. This hub will allow AI agents built on SVM to be integrated into the decentralized Injective ecosystem, enabling developers to monetize their AI agents through tokenization and decentralized ownership.
Injective is expected to deploy the initial Smart Agent Hub testnet in the first quarter of 2025, with full integration taking place in phases over several months. Once operational, developers on Injective will be able to deploy Solana-based AI agent applications using remote procedure calls.
