"Why don't you run at the high point?"
"Run at the high point? How can I run when the price isn't right and my expectations aren't met? Do you think I don't want to run? But I simply can't run; how can I run? I want to run, but I'm not able to. It's not that I don't want to run; in fact, I do want to run, but it's just not at the point where I want to run. I can't run; I definitely want to run. It's not about whether I want to run or not. When I can run is a decision I can make. But when I want to run, the price doesn't let me run. How can I run?
Powell is really impressive; he has shown me the artificial black swan."
