The Aave community has initiated a preliminary proposal in the governance forum, planning to deploy Aave V3 on the Sonic mainnet. Currently, the proposal is in the TEMP CHECK stage, which is the first step of the community proposal process, aimed at testing the community's initial reaction and support for the proposal. If the proposal receives sufficient support during the TEMP CHECK stage, it will move into the subsequent snapshot stage, which will determine the specific support of community members for the proposal. Afterwards, the proposal will enter the ARFC (Aave Risk Framework Committee) stage, which is a risk assessment and discussion phase aimed at conducting in-depth analysis and discussion of the proposal. Finally, the proposal will be submitted to the community for voting as an AIP (Aave Improvement Proposal), which is the final stage of on-chain governance approval. The entire process reflects the democracy and transparency of Aave community governance, ensuring broad discussion of the proposal and participation from community members.
