In my case, I have intentionally blocked my account six times. Only on two occasions did I need to contact support because my backup was not recognized. However, by writing to support and following the process correctly, I was always able to recover my account and keep it active.
If you encounter the error of "account suspended due to unusual activity" and have not been able to unlock it, it is important to consider two main reasons:
1. You are not following the correct steps to recover it.
You must write to support using the "Reset account" option and then contact an official advisor or reset it with the backup that is saved in the email with which you registered.
2. You are not who you say you are.
If you have attempted fraudulent activities, the account will be blocked and you will not be able to redeem bonuses. Only legitimately verified individuals can recover their accounts or redeem their benefits.
Therefore, do not be influenced by those who say that it is not possible to recover accounts or who try to discredit the system. Many of those people are simply doing things wrong or have bad intentions. I have identified several individuals in this group who seek to sow fear and distrust. Among the more than 4,000 members, there are at least 2,500 accounts suspected of being scammers. They often post buy and sell ads without basis to confuse or deceive those who are new to the topic.
