He also said that Bitcoin will continue to be the legal currency of El Salvador, and El Salvador will continue to purchase Bitcoin, possibly at a faster rate, as its strategic reserve.

Earlier news, El Salvador reached a $1.4 billion loan agreement with the IMF, and Bitcoin payments will be changed to voluntary.
