Why did Bitcoin suddenly drop?
When I woke up and checked the NASDAQ and Dow Jones indices, I found that both were showing a significant drop, especially the Dow Jones, which has been in a downward trend for several days.
Currently, Bitcoin has dropped by 3 to 4 percentage points, with a price around 101,000, while Ethereum has dropped by 5 to 4 percentage points, with a price around 3,660.
To be honest, in my view, this significant drop in Bitcoin is mainly influenced by two factors.
On one hand, there is the market volatility caused by the Federal Reserve's interest rate cut of 25 basis points, and on the other hand, Bitcoin itself is at a short-term high, facing certain correction pressures.
However, there is no need to panic too much; at the current price level, experiencing wide fluctuations is a relatively normal phenomenon, and a volatility of 20 to 30 percentage points is within a reasonable range.
The only thing to weigh now is that everyone should have an expectation judgment in their mind regarding the peak price of Bitcoin in this round.
In fact, every significant drop often presents a good opportunity to enter the market. If you are worried about being stuck, you can also choose to position yourself during the bear market lows and earn a high probability of winning returns through this method.
Recently, I plan to set up a potential coin that is ready to explode, doubling is quite simple, and I am also preparing to find some potential coins to hold until the end of the year, expecting a space of over 10 times is not a problem. If you want to follow along, look at my bamboo leaves, leave a message, follow, like, gold. skirt
