The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has granted conditional licenses to four virtual asset trading platforms. Accumulus GBA Technology, DFX Labs, Hong Kong Digital Asset EX, and Thousand Whales Technology must meet certain regulatory requirements before they can operate fully.
