Thrive Capital led the round, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, DST Global, GIC, Insight Partners, and WCM Investment Management. Databricks focuses on providing data analysis and cleaning software, and deploys AI models to customers.

It is currently one of the most valuable private tech companies globally.
