PANews reported on December 17 that, according to official news, the modular execution layer of Ethereum, Fuel, announced the launch of the Fuel Genesis Drop, aimed at rewarding the Fuel community. The Fuel Genesis Drop offers 1 billion FUEL (10% of the total supply) to over 200,000 unique addresses, distributed across various categories. The eligibility query page is now live, and the FUEL tokens in the Fuel Genesis Drop will be available for claiming from December 19, 2024, to January 19, 2025.
Fuel pointed out that a total of 20% of the FUEL supply will flow to the Fuel community, with 10% going to the Genesis Drop, and an additional 5% allocated for community expansion efforts divided among partner platforms. Another 5% is reserved for yet-to-be-announced incentives, programs, activities, and activations.
