The algorithmic stablecoin protocol Nirvana, which was previously attacked by a security engineer, has opened compensation claims and will launch Nirvana V2

Foresight News reports that the Solana ecosystem algorithmic stablecoin protocol Nirvana Finance has announced the opening of compensation claims and will launch Nirvana V2 on December 18 at 2:00, allowing original ANA holders to experience the application in advance.

Foresight News previously reported that in December last year, security engineer Shakeeb Ahmed admitted to attacking Nirvana Finance and another decentralized cryptocurrency exchange, agreeing to the U.S. prosecutor's seizure of over $12.3 million in funds, including approximately $5.6 million obtained through fraudulent means, and agreeing to compensate victims over $5 million. The engineer was sentenced to three years in prison in April of this year.
