Binance is pleased to announce the 4th and 5th projects in the Holder Airdrop Portal – Simon's Cat (1000CAT) and Pudgy Penguins (PENGU). Users who subscribed to Simple Earn products with their BNB from 12/09/2024, 02:00 (Kyiv time) to 12/13/2024, 01:59 (Kyiv time) will receive airdrops. Information on the holder airdrops is expected to be available in 12 hours, and the new token will be distributed to users' spot wallets 1 hour before trading starts.
Binance will then list 1000CAT on 12/17/2024 at 11:00 (Kyiv time) and open trading pairs with USDT, BNB, FDUSD and TRY. The 1000CAT token will be tagged with a "Seed".
Binance will then list PENGU on 12/17/2024 at 16:00 (Kyiv time) and open trading pairs with USDT, BNB, FDUSD, and TRY. The "Seed" tag will be applied to PENGU.
Please note: 1000CAT is a circulating token. Airdrop rewards for holders will quickly increase circulation in the secondary market, which may cause significant price fluctuations compared to the current price after trading opens on Binance. Please be careful when trading!

Introducing airdrops for Binance holders
Binance Holder Airdrops is a program that rewards BNB holders with tokens distributed in airdrops based on historical snapshots of their BNB balances. By signing up their BNB on the Simple Earn platform, users are automatically eligible for Holder Airdrops (as well as Launchpool and Megadrop rewards).
Unlike other earning methods that require ongoing actions, the Holder Airdrop program rewards users retroactively, offering an easy way to earn additional tokens. By signing up their BNB to Simple Earn products, users can automatically claim token rewards.
How to use airdrops for holders
Go to the [Earn] menu, and find BNB.
Subscribe to Simple Earn products (perpetual and/or fixed) using your BNB.
Snapshots of user balances and total pool balances will be taken multiple times at any given time every hour to obtain the average hourly balance of users in Simple Earn products (perpetual and/or fixed). Binance will use historical snapshots of user balances at random times following this announcement to calculate user rewards.
For example, to calculate the airdrop reward for holders on 06/11/2024, snapshots of user balances from 06/01/2024 to 06/07/2024 can be used.
Eligible users will receive rewards in the form of holder airdrops to their spot wallets within 24 hours of the airdrop announcement.

Terms and conditions
Users must pass account verification (KYC) and be from the appropriate jurisdiction to participate in holder airdrops.
The airdrop tokens will be automatically transferred to each user’s spot wallet before these tokens appear on the Binance spot market.
If more than one holder airdrop project is running at the same time, users' BNB holdings in BNB Simple Earn products (both perpetual and fixed) will be allocated to these projects unless otherwise specified.
BNB assets on the Simple Earn platform as collateral for Binance Loans (with a flexible rate) do not entitle holders to airdrop rewards.
BNB in Simple Earn product subscriptions will continue to provide users with standard BNB holding benefits, such as eligibility for Launchpool, Megadrop, and holder airdrops, as well as VIP benefits.
Participation in the Airdrop for holders depends on the user's country or region of residence.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify participants who tamper with the Binance code or interfere with the operation of the Binance code with other software.
Staked Lista BNB (slisBNB) and BNB collateral for Lista (clisBNB) in Binance Wallet with MPC will be supported for the calculation of Launchpool rewards.
Trading bots and spot copy trading will be enabled for the above mentioned tokens within 24 hours of their listing on spot. For users with active spot copy trading portfolios, pairs can be added by enabling them via [Personal Pair Preferences] in the spot copy trading settings.
