FTX has announced that its reorganization plan will officially take effect on January 3, 2025.

The first round of distribution will commence within 60 days after the effective date, only for approved creditors in the convenience category.

However, the compensation funds available for this group of creditors are less than 10%, which will have a limited impact on the market. The main focus will still be on the progress of the second round of distribution.
