The Bull Market is Here, How to Allocate Positions Without Losing?
Brother, there are just as many people losing money in a bull market as in a bear market! Why? Just one reason: chaotic position management! Some people go all in and get buried on the mountaintop, while others play it safe and miss out on the doubling opportunities. If you want to make money in a bull market and avoid losses, you need to understand how to manage your positions.
Let me tell you, position management = the fundamental to surviving. No matter which coin you believe in, you cannot go ALL IN! You understand the madness of the crypto world; skyrocketing and plummeting prices are common. Only reasonable position allocation can turn risks into safety. My allocation strategy is very simple but effective:
1. 50% Stronghold: Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH)
These are the gold and oil of the crypto world, the most stable in a bull market and resistant in a bear market. Especially Bitcoin, globally recognized as 'digital gold', is loved by institutional giants. Putting half of your position in these hard currencies will help you stand firm through any storm.
2. 30% Invest in Potential Coins: Hot Sectors
Bull markets thrive on hot topics and trends, like low-priced gaming tokens such as TLM, and the new darlings of artificial intelligence and L2 sectors. Remember, trends indicate the flow of funds, and a wave of market movement can easily double your investment. My principle is: don't get too obsessed with the future; first make some profits from the waves!
3. 20% Risky Bet: Short-term Opportunities
This portion of funds is reserved for the craziest opportunities in the market, such as those trending coins and short-term explosive coins. Like the DOGE and PEPE of yesteryear, take advantage of the market's craziness; the only rule is to make money fast and run. Although the risks are high, with the previous 80% as a safety net, you have to dare to bet to win.
The core principle of operating in a bull market is: protect your principal, use profits to take risks! Don't think of getting rich in one go; gradually snowballing your wealth is the right way to make long-term profits. I have relied on this position allocation strategy to ride from the bull market of 2020 to a million in profits, able to take risks while also being stable, which is why I can keep smiling until the end.
Finally, a reminder: the only way not to lose in a bull market is to stay clear-headed. Once you make money, don’t forget to run! Look at your positions, and adjust anything that needs it immediately; the market won't wait for you!
