BTC reaches a new high!
This wave of a small bull market has caught many people by surprise, and some technical indicators have also become unbalanced. However, some indicators can still be referenced. As the saying goes, those who know how to buy are apprentices, while those who know how to sell are masters. In the future, I will share some technical indicators on this account to teach everyone how to buy and sell.
Today, let's first analyze the fundamentals. First, from a macroeconomic perspective, the interest rate meeting will open at 2:30 AM on December 19, with a high probability of interest rate cuts. Previous CPI and small non-farm payrolls have hinted at a potential rate cut, likely around 25 basis points, which is certainly a positive sign. Then, on January 20, the understanding king will take office. Next, from a micro perspective, the Nasdaq index has broken through and stabilized above 20,000 points. Now, let's analyze mainstream coins and altcoins in detail.
1. BTC: As the big brother, it is still strong. Here, I recommend starting to buy spot around 100,000, then doing coin-based trading. For those seeking stability, you can do U-based trading around the 4-hour 169 MA line at 96,800-98,000. You can hold it; it might just reach that point. Be sure to use low leverage; high leverage will lead to death in a bull market.
2. ETH: There’s another major positive, the Prague upgrade plan. Currently, this hot topic has not been widely discussed, so you can buy spot. The target is around 4,800, which is a 20% increase. For contracts, don’t aim for high targets; you should start taking profits in batches around 4,300.
3. SOL: This one is weak and not recommended for trading. The market control is severe, and it is in direct competition with ETH. When ETH is strong, SOL is weak.
4. DOGE: You can start buying around 0.4; the lowest it could go is around 0.36. For those worried about missing out, you can start a position around 0.4 and average down.
5. BNB: You can buy spot at any time; don’t be afraid of heights. BNB can be used for transaction fees and can also be mined through launchpool, which is very valuable.
