Foresight News reports that ZK Nation announced the proposal [ZIP-002] on X to reduce execution delay from 21 hours to 3 hours, supported by 1.11 billion ZK votes. For the same reasons as ZIP-001, this proposal needs to be resubmitted on-chain, which is expected to be completed this week.
