Former Binance CEO CZ issued an important warning about Bitcoin, Changpeng Zhao (often simply known as CZ), co-founder and former CEO of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange Binance, made a fundamental statement about Bitcoin, issuing a significant warning to the crypto community.

MicroStrategy founder Michael Saylor, a prominent Bitcoin advocate, responded to support CZ and stated his BTC.

CZ emphasized the key characteristic of Bitcoin – scarcity. Crypto influencer Changpeng Zhao reminded the crypto community that the pioneering and largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, Bitcoin, has been programmed by Satoshi Nakamoto to not exceed 21 million units in supply.

CZ warned Bitcoin enthusiasts that 19.8 million Bitcoins have been mined.

"Bitcoin is 'controlled by mathematics,' he tweeted, implying that in this aspect BTC far exceeds fiat currencies, and no central bank can mine more Bitcoin when 21 million coins have been mined.

Saylor joined the conversation about Bitcoin with CZ. MicroStrategy founder and Bitcoin advocate Michael Saylor responded to CZ's tweet in the comments that: "Run (out of) #Bitcoin," thus also highlighting the strictly limited BTC supply that will exist.

This Monday, Saylor's company MicroStrategy announced the purchase of a massive amount of Bitcoin worth $2.1 billion – that's 21,550 BTC.

Currently, the company holds a total of 423,650 Bitcoins worth $41,443,662,926.

On the same day, Michael Saylor went live on X with Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy, and Saylor convinced Portnoy about Bitcoin, explaining why Portnoy should "join Team Bitcoin."

"CZ denied making a lot of money from the BTC rise to $100,000.

Less than a week ago, when the world's leading cryptocurrency Bitcoin first surpassed the historic price mark of $100,000 and crypto influencers began congratulating each other and their followers on X about that remarkable event, CZ posted a humble message on his page.

In the post, the influencer revealed that the increase in Bitcoin's price did not bring him any significant profits:

"They: Congratulations! You've made a lot of money from Bitcoin, right?

I: No, not really."

CZ acknowledged that he still holds "the same amount of Bitcoin," clearly implying that he did not buy more BTC when the price recently dropped.

He also made an observation about the altcoin market, saying: "Simply put, everything else becomes a little cheaper, compared to Bitcoin."
